Rip Off Rip Off! - I made reservations through them for a room for my daughter traveling across country. The room was disgusting & not clean (not this company's fault) and she went to another hotel. However, when I called for a refund the rep argued with me including telling me that I needed to get my refund from the hotel. HotelReservations charged me, they needed to refund me! After a long hold they finally refunded my hotel room but I've discovered that they kept there $15 fee. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

email went to junk mail at hotmail I have yet received an email confirmation!. Also, luckily I printed out this page even though there was no indication to do so. The printed version was just this page with all the misc stuff also. Reservation making procedure great. RECEIVED EMAIL BUT WENT TO JUNK MAIL. SORRY, DISREGARD PREVIOUS COMMENT

SCAM SCAM SCAM This place is an absolute scam and ripoff, made a reservation for a town of destination and when I arrived I had no reservation and hotel was totally booked. This company made me a reservation 30 Mike's away with same hotel chain without my permission and charged my card. They refused to refund my money!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!

Fraudulent/Unauthorized Charges to CC prior to hotel check-in I made a reservation through reservations.com and was charged other charges that were not authorized on my credit card prior to checking into the hotel. There was no invoice or explanation for the additional charges. The charge for the hotel room booking was separate and agreed to. Both charges appeared on my credit card prior to checking into the hotel. I'm disputing the charge and taking this to media.

Scam! Don't use this site, just call the hotels directly. Calling from Canada, making a reservation for a hotel in Canada. At no time did the fraudster indicate the reservation would be in US$. I always immediately read the confirmation email. Called back instantly. I had to harass and harass to get it reversed. Called the hotel, I was about to be grossly overcharged. They indicated this site is a 3rd party booking through Expedia. They issued a refund, short $50. I am still harassing them for an explanation or the amount. I can't post this without a star. 1 star is over-selling their service. They are scammers. Don't ever book with them. I am working with Visa regarding this booking agency.
