Very honest and professional company Many companies post a tentative price online, once you make the purchase they calla you and tell you that that flight is no longer available and try to sell you a very expensive one. Altos Travel honors they price. Not only the online transaction but they also call you and verify that your are satisfied. Terrible Experience I bought the tickets from January 16. 2023 for 2 passengers, the flight March 19 Boston to Dominican Republic，( DL1973) unfortunately when we checked in Airport on March 19, my ticket was been suspended, I was called your travel agent, but they can not help. Now today 2024, April, I still not got my Refund back, I called the Altos Travel, they said you have to call Kenya company, they Issued the tickets, Kenya said you have to ask Altos Travel to request to call us to refund, so they throw the ball...$960.50 still no REFUND!

Situation was handled quickly. The service was good considering that I booked my flight and got a call a few minutes later saying that flight was unavailable. Not sure why I was able to book itin the first place, but I was a little upset that I had put in my transfers with the resort, and had to call and change them. Overall, it was handled quickly.

they called for every thing it was great They called every time something came up and made sure to ask me what I wanted to do. It was a great experience. I’ll leave another review once we’re actually go and come back from vacation. So far an amazing start!
