they called for every thing it was great They called every time something came up and made sure to ask me what I wanted to do. It was a great experience. I’ll leave another review once we’re actually go and come back from vacation. So far an amazing start!

Travel confirmed not left pending Prices were reasonable and easy to compare as were the flights time and total travel time. It made picking the flights very quick and easy. Also, Altos travel actually went through whereas other travel engines put the transaction as pending and never were confirmed.

Vivian was very helpful and… Vivian was very helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and found me the exact flight that we were looking for. He also quickly answered my request for seating, as well as adding our frequent flyer and TSA numbers to the flight ticket.

About an hour after I booked my flight About an hour after I booked my flight, Altos customer service called to tell me that Delta was no longer offering discounted priced tickets to them and they had rebooked me with Southwest. The flight was much earlier in the morning than I wanted since we live 4 hours from the departing airport. He was very accomodating in finding me flights that didn't have us leaving too early or getting back into that same airport too late. And the tickets ended up being cheaper.
