Situation was handled quickly. The service was good considering that I booked my flight and got a call a few minutes later saying that flight was unavailable. Not sure why I was able to book itin the first place, but I was a little upset that I had put in my transfers with the resort, and had to call and change them. Overall, it was handled quickly.

they called for every thing it was great They called every time something came up and made sure to ask me what I wanted to do. It was a great experience. I’ll leave another review once we’re actually go and come back from vacation. So far an amazing start!

I have to be honest I have to be honest. I was very hesitant to purchase tickets from Altos. I took a chance as they had the best-priced tickets on a flight that was sold out from the airline. Altos had excellent customer service and was friendly, helpful, and patient. I waited until I returned from my trip to write this review.
