GBI have to be honest I have to be honest. I was very hesitant to purchase tickets from Altos. I took a chance as they had the best-priced tickets on a flight that was sold out from the airline. Altos had excellent customer service and was friendly, helpful, and patient. I waited until I returned from my trip to write this review. They are a relatively new company that is doing an outstanding job. I will absolutely book my upcoming trips with them. Thank you Altos! A+ -Kim

GBTerrible Experience I bought the tickets from January 16. 2023 for 2 passengers, the flight March 19 Boston to Dominican Republic,( DL1973) unfortunately when we checked in Airport on March 19, my ticket was been suspended, I was called your travel agent, but they can not help. Now today 2024, April, I still not got my Refund back, I called the Altos Travel, they said you have to call Kenya company, they Issued the tickets, Kenya said you have to ask Altos Travel to request to call us to refund, so they throw the ball...$960.50 still no REFUND!

GBthey called for every thing it was great They called every time something came up and made sure to ask me what I wanted to do. It was a great experience. I’ll leave another review once we’re actually go and come back from vacation. So far an amazing start!

GBAbout an hour after I booked my flight About an hour after I booked my flight, Altos customer service called to tell me that Delta was no longer offering discounted priced tickets to them and they had rebooked me with Southwest. The flight was much earlier in the morning than I wanted since we live 4 hours from the departing airport. He was very accomodating in finding me flights that didn't have us leaving too early or getting back into that same airport too late. And the tickets ended up being cheaper.
