I have to be honest I have to be honest. I was very hesitant to purchase tickets from Altos. I took a chance as they had the best-priced tickets on a flight that was sold out from the airline. Altos had excellent customer service and was friendly, helpful, and patient. I waited until I returned from my trip to write this review. Situation was handled quickly. The service was good considering that I booked my flight and got a call a few minutes later saying that flight was unavailable. Not sure why I was able to book itin the first place, but I was a little upset that I had put in my transfers with the resort, and had to call and change them. Overall, it was handled quickly.
