I have to be honest I have to be honest. I was very hesitant to purchase tickets from Altos. I took a chance as they had the best-priced tickets on a flight that was sold out from the airline. Altos had excellent customer service and was friendly, helpful, and patient. I waited until I returned from my trip to write this review. Travel confirmed not left pending Prices were reasonable and easy to compare as were the flights time and total travel time. It made picking the flights very quick and easy. Also, Altos travel actually went through whereas other travel engines put the transaction as pending and never were confirmed.

Very honest and professional company Many companies post a tentative price online, once you make the purchase they calla you and tell you that that flight is no longer available and try to sell you a very expensive one. Altos Travel honors they price. Not only the online transaction but they also call you and verify that your are satisfied. My agent Bryan Lee was a very knowledgeable and well educated person, he called me and made sure everything was ok witj my reservation. Thank you all for such great service.
