About an hour after I booked my flight About an hour after I booked my flight, Altos customer service called to tell me that Delta was no longer offering discounted priced tickets to them and they had rebooked me with Southwest. The flight was much earlier in the morning than I wanted since we live 4 hours from the departing airport. He was very accomodating in finding me flights that didn't have us leaving too early or getting back into that same airport too late. And the tickets ended up being cheaper.

I was waiting for a response to my… I was waiting for a response to my current Booking. After an email to support I got an immediate response. My reservations were finalized within a day.

Bait and Switch Booked direct flights and submitted payment only to get a call later that day that said the flight was no longer available. I had to settle for a similar flight only NOT direct but paying the same price.

Altostravel provided excellent experience Altostravel provided us with the least expensive tickets for a last minute trip. I am completely satisfied with their service
