Bait and Switch Booked direct flights and submitted payment only to get a call later that day that said the flight was no longer available. I had to settle for a similar flight only NOT direct but paying the same price.

Very honest and professional company Many companies post a tentative price online, once you make the purchase they calla you and tell you that that flight is no longer available and try to sell you a very expensive one. Altos Travel honors they price. Not only the online transaction but they also call you and verify that your are satisfied.
