About an hour after I booked my flight About an hour after I booked my flight, Altos customer service called to tell me that Delta was no longer offering discounted priced tickets to them and they had rebooked me with Southwest. The flight was much earlier in the morning than I wanted since we live 4 hours from the departing airport. He was very accomodating in finding me flights that didn't have us leaving too early or getting back into that same airport too late. And the tickets ended up being cheaper.

Situation was handled quickly. The service was good considering that I booked my flight and got a call a few minutes later saying that flight was unavailable. Not sure why I was able to book itin the first place, but I was a little upset that I had put in my transfers with the resort, and had to call and change them. Overall, it was handled quickly.

Very honest and professional company Many companies post a tentative price online, once you make the purchase they calla you and tell you that that flight is no longer available and try to sell you a very expensive one. Altos Travel honors they price. Not only the online transaction but they also call you and verify that your are satisfied. My agent Bryan Lee was a very knowledgeable and well educated person, he called me and made sure everything was ok witj my reservation. Thank you all for such great service.
