Fortunatelly Jorge picked up my request and helped me to do the change. The customer care is at really high level. I've felt myself contained with the work Jorge did and how he solved my problem. I'm waiting for my next opportunity to use OMIO again.

On the other hand , it is a big shame for you , i mean your Omio Mobile app ! It is not working properly and till today we reached your live customer service , your Omio App was NOT working . When we tried to change change/modify our ticket , it says a problem accured sorry . I hope you will fix it soon .
