I made a wrong reservation by my… I made a wrong reservation by my mistake. But omio supports team Daisy helped me alot with her kindness. She modified my tickets to the one that I originally supposed to. Also she gave me promotion code for some tickets that wasn't refundable. So it was exactly same with refundable ones despite the train companies service terms! And unlike other companies, team Omio give quick response. Thanks a lot, Omio and Daisy!

Dear Sirs Dear Sirs , Mr.Nikolay from customer service helped us a lot regarding the date change of our ticket . He was very proffesional and kind . On the other hand , it is a big shame for you , i mean your Omio Mobile app ! It is not working properly and till today we reached your live customer service , your Omio App was NOT working . When we tried to change change/modify our ticket , it says a problem accured sorry . I hope you will fix it soon .
