BE VERY CAREFUL. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION I WAS COMMUNICATING WITH ALASKA AIRLINES. OUR FLIGHT WAS MISSED. I WAS MISLED THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. I WAS CHARGED 1692.42 SERVICE CHARGE ( OR SOMETHING, I COULD NOT GET AN EXPLANATION. ) IN ADDITION TO THE COST OF THE TICKETS. PLEASE CONSUMERS, BE CAREFUL.

Several problems regarding the booking and its modification I was facing several problems modifying my mother’s flight, regarding finding a flight and also the name problem on the ticket. Ms. Elyte Greene has been extremely helpful and provided me her full attention and effort to get my mother to safety from my country. She has been respectful, well articulate, helpful and genuinely cared about the situation i was passing through. I confidently say that my family and I will remain loyal to the airlines especially after Ms. Greene helped us through this tough and complicated issue.

Shine Shine, knew I needed help with my reservations, as I need to see my very ill friend. I wanted to book a flight from my original destination in SF, to Fresno. She took the time to completely redo do my reservation so I could fly into Fresno. She was wonderful, so caring and efficient. I love her.
