CATerrible Experience Total Scammers They pretended to be KLM Airlines and ripped me off for $1,600.00 telling me that they were going to refund the $7,300 I spent on return airline tickets, after they received my money the women named Jayde sent me a text and said that they could not refund my money for the tickets because I didn’t have a refundable ticket ? What was she talking about, why would I have tried to get my money back from her if I had bought a refundable ticket ? If something doesn’t make sense, stop and think before giving them money. They are total scammers, don’t be fooled.

GBShine Shine, knew I needed help with my reservations, as I need to see my very ill friend. I wanted to book a flight from my original destination in SF, to Fresno. She took the time to completely redo do my reservation so I could fly into Fresno. She was wonderful, so caring and efficient. I love her. GBBE VERY CAREFUL. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION I WAS COMMUNICATING WITH ALASKA AIRLINES. OUR FLIGHT WAS MISSED. I WAS MISLED THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. I WAS CHARGED 1692.42 SERVICE CHARGE ( OR SOMETHING, I COULD NOT GET AN EXPLANATION. ) IN ADDITION TO THE COST OF THE TICKETS. PLEASE CONSUMERS, BE CAREFUL.
