Angel or agent My familly was faced with the shocking news of a war breaking out in Israel. Having spoken to my son which was studying abroad, he expressed his fear and desire to return home. As he just turned 18, and was was never exposed to such horror, we tried everything to make this happen. Trying all types of routes to get a flight... none were possible. On Oct 8th, we got though ElAl consolidation number and spoke with an Angel, her name was Susan. With reassurance, kindness, patience she managed to find the most reasonable flight back. While faced with incessant questions and back and forth she stayed very patient and was available to answer every one of our concerns. She even check up throughout his journey. Stuck in London lost passport… Stuck in London my passport maybe locked in a closed cafe and London BA offices closed for the night. Called BA in San Francisco and fell into the hands of Nicholas. After four hours on the phone Nicholas calmed me down issued a new ticket. Cafe opened found my passport and was even seated with my partner.
