Very helpful customer service I wound up using this service via ITA Airlines. I needed to change my ITA flight and their number came up. The employee that helped me, Shine, was like a booking angel. Her customer service was superb. She was helpful, sweet to work with and an excellent problem solver. They offer better customer service than airlines and I would use them again.

Angel or agent My familly was faced with the shocking news of a war breaking out in Israel. Having spoken to my son which was studying abroad, he expressed his fear and desire to return home. As he just turned 18, and was was never exposed to such horror, we tried everything to make this happen. Trying all types of routes to get a flight... none were possible. On Oct 8th, we got though ElAl consolidation number and spoke with an Angel, her name was Susan. With reassurance, kindness, patience she managed to find the most reasonable flight back. While faced with incessant questions and back and forth she stayed very patient and was available to answer every one of our concerns. She even check up throughout his journey. I was lucky to have fallen with such an amazing agent.

Shine Shine, knew I needed help with my reservations, as I need to see my very ill friend. I wanted to book a flight from my original destination in SF, to Fresno. She took the time to completely redo do my reservation so I could fly into Fresno. She was wonderful, so caring and efficient. I love her.
