Very helpful customer service I wound up using this service via ITA Airlines. I needed to change my ITA flight and their number came up. The employee that helped me, Shine, was like a booking angel. Her customer service was superb. She was helpful, sweet to work with and an excellent problem solver. They offer better customer service than airlines and I would use them again.

Terrible Experience Total Scammers They pretended to be KLM Airlines and ripped me off for $1,600.00 telling me that they were going to refund the $7,300 I spent on return airline tickets, after they received my money the women named Jayde sent me a text and said that they could not refund my money for the tickets because I didn’t have a refundable ticket ? What was she talking about, why would I have tried to get my money back from her if I had bought a refundable ticket ? If something doesn’t make sense, stop and think before giving them money. They are total scammers, don’t be fooled.
