Stuck in London lost passport… Stuck in London my passport maybe locked in a closed cafe and London BA offices closed for the night. Called BA in San Francisco and fell into the hands of Nicholas. After four hours on the phone Nicholas calmed me down issued a new ticket. Cafe opened found my passport and was even seated with my partner. Several problems regarding the booking and its modification I was facing several problems modifying my mother’s flight, regarding finding a flight and also the name problem on the ticket. Ms. Elyte Greene has been extremely helpful and provided me her full attention and effort to get my mother to safety from my country. She has been respectful, well articulate, helpful and genuinely cared about the situation i was passing through.
