USWas not a good experience I would not recommend ParkRideFly (parkrideflyusa.com) / Park N Fly (pnf.com). I booked through ParkRideFly and communicated with Park N Fly. I made my reservation about 2 weeks before my trip. It directed me to drop my car at a hotel near the airport. When I arrived at the hotel at 5 am to drop my car, it was locked. There was no way to contact a person at the parking company. After many, many phone calls to the hotel reservation number, I found out that the hotel was undergoing renovations and was not participating in the airport parking program. I rushed back to the airport to park and barely made my flight. When I returned home from my trip I contacted ParkRideFly / Park N Fly, they agreed to refund my pre-payment. However, the next day I was notified by my bank that the refund had been cancelled by ParkRideFly / Park N Fly. That was it. I will never use them again. I disputed the charge on my card and received the refund. I’m very disappointed that AARP would recommend this service. Not a good experience.

USI found it very frustrating that you… I found it very frustrating that you don’t get a copy of voucher emailed to you and have to know reservation number to retrieve it from the site. I cannot sign on because it keeps telling me password is incorrect and I never got temporary password when tried to reset. If I could just retrieve a receipt email instead of all the ones asking to do this survey you would of gotten a better survey.

US***** Premium service @ Park Ride Fly USA ***** Lowest rates @ Philly int’nal and trust me when I say, I did my research. Lol. Transaction was seamless from the ease of reservation, shuttle, departure, arrival, pick-up and prompt return delivery of your own vehicle. It was running & waiting for us when the shuttle pulled in. They packed our luggage back in the car & we were out of there in less than 5 minutes. I kid you not!!. Theee quickest service I’ve ever received at a park/fly business.

USBETTER PARKING BUSINESSES OUT THERE Needed to change days on reservation. Called number, received message to email which I did. No person answers phone. No response to email. Guess you have to dispute it with credit card company, then find other parking service. Wish businesses would recognize that if you're calling, you would like to get more than an instruction on how you can spend EVEN more time completing what should be a simple request.

USGreat experience! We were nervous as we have never used this type of service before. We were very pleasantly surprised as we pulled into the lot at 4:30 AM, were greeted immediately, told where to park and were picked up almost immediately. We were taken right to our airline entrance. When we arrived back, we called the number and we were picked up in less than a minute and returned right to our vehicle. Great experience - will definitely use again!
