I cannot sign on because it keeps telling me password is incorrect and I never got temporary password when tried to reset. If I could just retrieve a receipt email instead of all the ones asking to do this survey you would of gotten a better survey.

Difficult to cancel a reservation. Customer service was not really available by phone. I needed to cancel my reservation. After some difficulty located the appropriate place on the webpage to do this, it said to call their customer service line. When i called, the recorded message said to send an email. I did, but have no indication yet that the reservation has been canceled.

Was not a good experience I would not recommend ParkRideFly (parkrideflyusa.com) / Park N Fly (pnf.com). I booked through ParkRideFly and communicated with Park N Fly. I made my reservation about 2 weeks before my trip. It directed me to drop my car at a hotel near the airport. When I arrived at the hotel at 5 am to drop my car, it was locked. There was no way to contact a person at the parking company. After many, many phone calls to the hotel reservation number, I found out that the hotel was undergoing renovations and was not participating in the airport parking program. I rushed back to the airport to park and barely made my flight. When I returned home from my trip I contacted ParkRideFly / Park N Fly, they agreed to refund my pre-payment. However, the next day I was notified by my bank that the refund had been cancelled by ParkRideFly / Park N Fly. That was it. I will never use them again. I disputed the charge on my card and received the refund. I’m very disappointed that AARP would recommend this service. Not a good experience.

Drop off location inconvenient They provided a great service. The only complaint I have is that I was not aware of the drop off location at terminal one. I thought that we were going to be dropped off in departures. It was quite a long distance between our drop off and the actual departure area in the main terminal.

Best parking garage for Ohare Airport Best parking garage for Ohare that I’ve experienced thus far! The bus was already at the bus shuttle parking spot once we got off our flight. No wait or anything! Highly recommended!
