GBAirPark I've always used Expresso in the past but found a better deal through you and AARP. Everything worked out well. Parking readily available, drop off prompt, and pick up was sitting there when we arrived. Drivers were courteous and I couldn't be more pleased.

GBGood Experience Reserving parking was very easy as well as actually parking the car. We had prepaid which made a world of difference. Unfortunately, our flight was delayed by two hours and we were not able to pick up our car when scheduled. This resulted in more fees (☹️) for us. There was also some confusion about how to exit because the machine would not take our barcode. On the plus side, when we retrieved our luggage, all we had to do was text and someone came right away.

GBEveryone was super helpful from arrival… Everyone was super helpful from arrival to leaving the lot. I had a ticket from a 3rd party reservation so the code wouldn't scan. A man was super helpful and kind and helped me get in the lot. When leaving, I had misplaced the code that he gave me and the woman checking me out was super helpful and kind as well. The drivers were also very positive and helpful. Thank you for helping a stressful day be less stressful.

GBBest parking garage for Ohare Airport Best parking garage for Ohare that I’ve experienced thus far! The bus was already at the bus shuttle parking spot once we got off our flight. No wait or anything! Highly recommended!

GBI found it very frustrating that you… I found it very frustrating that you don’t get a copy of voucher emailed to you and have to know reservation number to retrieve it from the site. I cannot sign on because it keeps telling me password is incorrect and I never got temporary password when tried to reset. If I could just retrieve a receipt email instead of all the ones asking to do this survey you would of gotten a better survey.
