Great lot parking overall Great lot parking overall; the attendant was wonderful upon our arrival and departure after we returned from our trip. My only complaint is the shuttle driver - he drove a bit too fast on the way back from the airport taking us to our vehicles ; tossing us around in the shuttle.

I haven’t had an opportunity to use the… I haven’t had an opportunity to use the service yet. I haven’t received my receipt or confirmation number for my upcoming trip on May 25, 2021. How you’ve charged my credit already. Please advise.

You won't accept my password and will not allow a change I have an frequent parker account, but it would not accept my password. I wanted to get points for my upcoming parking event. It did not accept my prior acceptable password so I tried to get a temporary password, but it was never sent to my email account (even though it says a temp password was sent). I tried several times. Could you please see why I cannot change my password?

Mostly easy Online booking was easy, then the parking and shuttle were mostly easy too. There was an issue with the kiosk that scanned our printed booking though and a lady waved us through as we were first parking. But then as we were leaving, the same issue was still present and the guy checking us out had to work rather hard to get the reservation read and sorted. He did though and we were still only charged the initial booking. Would have been nice to sort the issue at first though so it didn't take so much extra time.

Easy to use Easy to use. But does not retain some info on account. I always have to enter my AARP info. Even when I access through the AARP app. Other than that, we appreciate the convenience to reserve parking using Park Ride Fly USA.
