GBOur LGA go to Park here whenever we travel out of LGA. Never have an issue, nice customer service, van to airport on demand. Sometimes a small wait but never anything too long. Close to airport. Reservations a must.

GBWas not a good experience I would not recommend ParkRideFly (parkrideflyusa.com) / Park N Fly (pnf.com). I booked through ParkRideFly and communicated with Park N Fly. I made my reservation about 2 weeks before my trip. It directed me to drop my car at a hotel near the airport. When I arrived at the hotel at 5 am to drop my car, it was locked. There was no way to contact a person at the parking company. After many, many phone calls to the hotel reservation number, I found out that the hotel was undergoing renovations and was not participating in the airport parking program. I rushed back to the airport to park and barely made my flight. When I returned home from my trip I contacted ParkRideFly / Park N Fly, they agreed to refund my pre-payment. However, the next day I was notified by my bank that the refund had been cancelled by ParkRideFly / Park N Fly. That was it. I will never use them again. I disputed the charge on my card and received the refund. I’m very disappointed that AARP would recommend this service. Not a good experience.

GBDrop off location inconvenient They provided a great service. The only complaint I have is that I was not aware of the drop off location at terminal one. I thought that we were going to be dropped off in departures. It was quite a long distance between our drop off and the actual departure area in the main terminal.

GBEveryone was super helpful from arrival… Everyone was super helpful from arrival to leaving the lot. I had a ticket from a 3rd party reservation so the code wouldn't scan. A man was super helpful and kind and helped me get in the lot. When leaving, I had misplaced the code that he gave me and the woman checking me out was super helpful and kind as well. The drivers were also very positive and helpful. Thank you for helping a stressful day be less stressful.

GBI found it very frustrating that you… I found it very frustrating that you don’t get a copy of voucher emailed to you and have to know reservation number to retrieve it from the site. I cannot sign on because it keeps telling me password is incorrect and I never got temporary password when tried to reset. If I could just retrieve a receipt email instead of all the ones asking to do this survey you would of gotten a better survey.
