GBOur LGA go to Park here whenever we travel out of LGA. Never have an issue, nice customer service, van to airport on demand. Sometimes a small wait but never anything too long. Close to airport. Reservations a must.

GBBETTER PARKING BUSINESSES OUT THERE Needed to change days on reservation. Called number, received message to email which I did. No person answers phone. No response to email. Guess you have to dispute it with credit card company, then find other parking service. Wish businesses would recognize that if you're calling, you would like to get more than an instruction on how you can spend EVEN more time completing what should be a simple request.

GBGreat lot parking overall Great lot parking overall; the attendant was wonderful upon our arrival and departure after we returned from our trip. My only complaint is the shuttle driver - he drove a bit too fast on the way back from the airport taking us to our vehicles ; tossing us around in the shuttle.

GBYou won't accept my password and will not allow a change I have an frequent parker account, but it would not accept my password. I wanted to get points for my upcoming parking event. It did not accept my prior acceptable password so I tried to get a temporary password, but it was never sent to my email account (even though it says a temp password was sent). I tried several times. Could you please see why I cannot change my password?
