USMostly easy Online booking was easy, then the parking and shuttle were mostly easy too. There was an issue with the kiosk that scanned our printed booking though and a lady waved us through as we were first parking. But then as we were leaving, the same issue was still present and the guy checking us out had to work rather hard to get the reservation read and sorted. He did though and we were still only charged the initial booking. Would have been nice to sort the issue at first though so it didn't take so much extra time.

USOur LGA go to Park here whenever we travel out of LGA. Never have an issue, nice customer service, van to airport on demand. Sometimes a small wait but never anything too long. Close to airport. Reservations a must.

USDifficult to cancel a reservation. Customer service was not really available by phone. I needed to cancel my reservation. After some difficulty located the appropriate place on the webpage to do this, it said to call their customer service line. When i called, the recorded message said to send an email. I did, but have no indication yet that the reservation has been canceled.

USVery easy to make reservations Very easy to make reservations. Friendly and helpful staff. Due to flight cancellations we returned five days later than planned and there was no issue leaving our car longer. Prompt pickup at the airport.

USYou won't accept my password and will not allow a change I have an frequent parker account, but it would not accept my password. I wanted to get points for my upcoming parking event. It did not accept my prior acceptable password so I tried to get a temporary password, but it was never sent to my email account (even though it says a temp password was sent). I tried several times. Could you please see why I cannot change my password?
