GBYou won't accept my password and will not allow a change I have an frequent parker account, but it would not accept my password. I wanted to get points for my upcoming parking event. It did not accept my prior acceptable password so I tried to get a temporary password, but it was never sent to my email account (even though it says a temp password was sent). I tried several times. Could you please see why I cannot change my password?

GBDifficult to cancel a reservation. Customer service was not really available by phone. I needed to cancel my reservation. After some difficulty located the appropriate place on the webpage to do this, it said to call their customer service line. When i called, the recorded message said to send an email. I did, but have no indication yet that the reservation has been canceled.

GBI didn’t have any problem booking a… I didn’t have any problem booking a spot, but I am worried about not receiving a confirmation yet. I do see that I will receive a package with my information but would like a e mail saying for sure that it is booked.

GBWas not a good experience I would not recommend ParkRideFly (parkrideflyusa.com) / Park N Fly (pnf.com). I booked through ParkRideFly and communicated with Park N Fly. I made my reservation about 2 weeks before my trip. It directed me to drop my car at a hotel near the airport. When I arrived at the hotel at 5 am to drop my car, it was locked. There was no way to contact a person at the parking company. After many, many phone calls to the hotel reservation number, I found out that the hotel was undergoing renovations and was not participating in the airport parking program. I rushed back to the airport to park and barely made my flight. When I returned home from my trip I contacted ParkRideFly / Park N Fly, they agreed to refund my pre-payment. However, the next day I was notified by my bank that the refund had been cancelled by ParkRideFly / Park N Fly. That was it. I will never use them again. I disputed the charge on my card and received the refund. I’m very disappointed that AARP would recommend this service. Not a good experience.

GBAirPark I've always used Expresso in the past but found a better deal through you and AARP. Everything worked out well. Parking readily available, drop off prompt, and pick up was sitting there when we arrived. Drivers were courteous and I couldn't be more pleased.
