First and definitely not the last This is actually my first time with De Luxe Flights and I could say what a truly satisfying experience it was and definitely will not be the last. Not only were they the best and most reasonable price in the industry, they like wise provide excellent service. Made possible by Albus Ace our Personnal Travel Assistant. He went out of his way to make sure all our needs are well taken care of. Same is true with Roger Malkhof Sales Floor Supervisor. together as a team, they work hand in hand to assure we get pure customer satisfaction. I previously left a bad review on BBB… I previously left a bad review on BBB and someone from the company reached out and said they didn't have any information about my trip and requested that I send a copy of my ticket numbers and flight conformation numbers. I sent the information and received no response back. I sent a follow up email and still no response. Now even the agent that booked the flight for me wont respond to my emails.

I booked business class flights… I booked business class flights overseas with Tony O for my 94 year old Mother and myself at a substantial savings over booking directly. All of the arrangements from wheels chairs to connections went off without a hitch. I normally do not write reviews but I got real nervous after looking at the reviews left by numerous travelers after I booked. Everything was perfect for us and we will be using Deluxe again for the savings and service.

Be very careful with this people they lie and hide I bought various business tickets for me and my wife with an aggregate payment of about 11,000 dollars from Sean Lidell on this site. My God. The first thing I asked was if the tickets will provide all the benefits of mileage and segments in the loyalty programs. He lied and say yes…I waited and waited while he makes stories about why it was taking so long for the miles to be posted ….finally i wrote directly to the airlines….of course they answered immediately saying that none of the tickets qualify…i wrote very angry and this guy told me he will pay a refund of $2,000.00. One and month later nothing…buyers beware ….fraud is everywhere…
