Thai Airlines cancelled a flight I had… Thai Airlines cancelled a flight I had back in 2020, due to COVID and despite completing their online voucher refund site - nothing heard back whatsoever! From what I've read their are lots of other customers in the same boat as me .... how have they been allowed to get away with this crime?

Miserable experience I was looking forward to flying Thai Airlines. Flight wasn't cheap one way £995 LHR however, it was 13hrs straight through to london no changes brilliant. Oh dear, not so brilliant. Horrible Horrible where to begin. Seating can you make it any smaller, food order vegetarian safe side bad bad choice disgusting. Cabin cold why do you want to freeze your passengers on 13hour flight. Staff surley as cold as the cabin temperature. Service definitely not with a smile. Never fly this airline again,NO!!! rather extract my back teeth.

Waiting for refund since covid time Waiting for refund since covid time. Despite of their promises, still today no customer service to get information from which means no chance to get back my money. Why this airline is still able to sell tickets and promote itself? not surprising that they don't partake any customers rights' association. Miserable and poor. I would love the whole world to know how bad you are in managing customers' rights.

Waited 4 years and 3 months for refund… Waited 4 years and 3 months for refund of flight cancelled during covid. In the time since booking my cash will have lost 35-40% to inflation while Thai probably had it sitting in a high interest account. Seeing headlines about plans to double their fleet size and business is booming. Greedy and ignorant business only concerned with lining their own pockets.

One of the Finest Airlines in Asia In my experience Thai Airways by far is one of the finest and safest Airlines in Asia with great inflight service and food both in Business and Economy class . Yes it’s a fact their dates are higher than others and if they could match the market fares from other airlines, they could rule the Airline industry in Asia . And as frequent Flyer member they offer a range of services like extra luggage and lounge services and priority boarding , seat selection and choice of food options all free of charge . Staffs mostly cabin crews are friendly but ground staff well again to be honest they are not to praise worthy.
