An airline that brings dishonour to Thailand I had to reschedule a flight. It was impossible to do this online which is very unusual these days. Getting hold of anyone in customer services is an absolute nightmare. The phones are hopeless. If you search around online you may be lucky to get an email address that someone may answer. If you need any kind of money back then, after they have helped themselves to a sizeable slice of your pie, you will wait months and months. You will enter a fog of unknowing. There is no contact, no updates, no means of finding out anything. You hit an opaque wall through which light cannot penetrate. It wasn’t even as if this was a cheap ticket. We’re talking over £1000 (USD 1250) economy for LHR to CNX via BKK. This is an opaque airline which damages and dishonours Thailand.

Theft, damage and non-existent customer service I flew with Thai Airways in Nov 2022. My luggage went missing but was returned to my address about a week later. The case had been broken into and something stolen. I sent photos and flight details as requested. Since then they have blanked all efforts to get any compensation. 15 months later, 20 plus emails and still nothing. This airline is happy for property to be damaged and people's belongings to be stolen. Don't fly with them. Customer service is so shocking it barely exists.

One of the Finest Airlines in Asia In my experience Thai Airways by far is one of the finest and safest Airlines in Asia with great inflight service and food both in Business and Economy class . Yes it’s a fact their dates are higher than others and if they could match the market fares from other airlines, they could rule the Airline industry in Asia . And as frequent Flyer member they offer a range of services like extra luggage and lounge services and priority boarding , seat selection and choice of food options all free of charge . Staffs mostly cabin crews are friendly but ground staff well again to be honest they are not to praise worthy.

Never again ! Have used them loads in the past but have REALLY gone downhill. My recent experiences with Thai Airways were of long delays, aging aircraft, inability to get food requests ( submitted well in advance ) right, poor customer service. Never ever again they have lost my custom for life

Miserable experience I was looking forward to flying Thai Airlines. Flight wasn't cheap one way £995 LHR however, it was 13hrs straight through to london no changes brilliant. Oh dear, not so brilliant. Horrible Horrible where to begin. Seating can you make it any smaller, food order vegetarian safe side bad bad choice disgusting. Cabin cold why do you want to freeze your passengers on 13hour flight. Staff surley as cold as the cabin temperature. Service definitely not with a smile. Never fly this airline again,NO!!! rather extract my back teeth.
