Abysmal customer service dept This airline has declined over last 19 yrs with aircraft poorly maintained.. broken tables, poor IFE. Last flight in Nov 23 snagged a pair of jeans on sharp jagged metal pin under seat. All noted with flight attendant, pictures etc all sent to customers services who say nothing wrong with seat. Evidence is clear attended agreed at the time. Now a tin pot airline who lie and retain money on cancelled flights … hope BA returns to Bangkok.

Waiting for refund since covid time Waiting for refund since covid time. Despite of their promises, still today no customer service to get information from which means no chance to get back my money. Why this airline is still able to sell tickets and promote itself? not surprising that they don't partake any customers rights' association. Miserable and poor. I would love the whole world to know how bad you are in managing customers' rights.

Miserable experience I was looking forward to flying Thai Airlines. Flight wasn't cheap one way £995 LHR however, it was 13hrs straight through to london no changes brilliant. Oh dear, not so brilliant. Horrible Horrible where to begin. Seating can you make it any smaller, food order vegetarian safe side bad bad choice disgusting. Cabin cold why do you want to freeze your passengers on 13hour flight. Staff surley as cold as the cabin temperature. Service definitely not with a smile. Never fly this airline again,NO!!! rather extract my back teeth.

Waiting for a refund is like watching… Waiting for a refund is like watching paint dry…. 10 weeks and still waiting. Impossible to reach to move this along.

Meh… Departure and arrival as planned, and luggage made the flights as well (including transit). The food is horrible and entertainment quite a boring selection - yes, that matters on +10 hours flights. Space s***s, but I guess it’s like that everywhere these days, when you fly monkey class.. But not the worst I’ve tried though. Service onboard is so-so.
