DEIt's incredible that even though it's… It's incredible that even though it's one of the most expensive airlines, it has such poor customer service and a website full of errors. Two years ago, they canceled a flight on me, and I'm still trying to redeem the voucher they gave me. I've called hundreds of times, and after hours of calls, they never tell me how to do something that theoretically is simple, which is redeeming the voucher for the penalty. Another issue is the website; it doesn't load infant names properly, and when edited, it deletes the contact details. Then, it also keeps adding contact details unnecessarily. It's not difficult to make a decent website, please!

DKDo not choose Lufthansa Don't check in your belongings to Lufthansa - they throw it away and simply do not care. Lufthansa left my luggage in Munich on my travel to Delhi and left it there for weeks. After the end of the travel, Lufthansa sent it do Delhi and closed the case. Nobody in Lufthansa cares, nobody does anything in order to solve it, and the luggage is stuck for 2 months now. My insurance company will not pay because until Lufthansa declare the goods lost, it is not lost in insurance-terms. The airport staff will not sent it because it have to go through the airline company, and Lufthansa does not reply or follow up on telephone calls or emails. No matter what - do not choose Lufthansa

GBFlight experience This is the worst airline ever. The customer service is terrible, the air hostesses are rude, the level of racial treatment is terrible. I do not intend to fly Lufthansa again in the near future after this current trip. I have heard so many bad things about this airline but, now I am convinced that it's really terrible.

DKWe didn’t reach our connecting flight… We didn’t reach our connecting flight because of delays and afterwards we had an agreement with Lufthansa about the refund, but they only returned half the amount they had promised. They just stopped replying. Bad customer service!

DKBad service !!! Got an e-mail from Lufthansa on the 19th of march, where they told med I was entitled to a refund of 750 euros, because of our flights were cancelled. They asked for my bank account information which I gave them the same day. Since that I havent received the Money. They wont answer my e-mails and when I contact Lufthansa by phone they just tell me that they Will reply within 48 hours. I have tried several times now and they havent returned to me once.
