NORude flight attendants on the plane Rude flight attendants on the plane. Food was terrible and very unhealthy. Lots of sugar. Luggage was delayed. 1 of 3 suitcases was delivered to us after 4 days. 2 suitcases was never delivered to us, but returned to our home. So called customer service desk was terrible and no help. They were also rude. Never flying with Lufthansa again.

GRWorst airline ever with the rudest… Worst airline ever with the rudest flight attendants. Yesterday we had our flight from Frankfurt to Heathrow (LH 0904) and a long hair, middle aged flight attendant was the rudest and most unfriendly attendant I have ever seen. I hope Lufthansa sees these reviews and tries to improve their service and flight attendants. Worst flight experience ever. Never going to fly with Lufthansa again!!!!

DEThis airline is a joke This airline is a joke. I booked a business seat from Shanghai to Frankfurt. The seat was "not connected", meaning entertainment system does not work (12h flight!). There were no other seats available so I got a free voucher for internet, which is so slow that even YouTube doesn't work. Forget streaming services. Onboard Service cannot be called because the seat is not connected... So sitting here for 4h, nobody shows up with drink etc. My empty glass stays here also 4h, NOBODY SHOWS UP. Food quality like on Chinese local flights (don't forget I got business). The seats are super uncomfortable and narrow. You can stretch your legs, yes, but there are some kinds of springs stitching out and the surface is not flat at all. It feels like a broken couch. And again, the service does not look after you at all. Wow! German standards ... Honestly take the cheapest competition and it will be 2x better. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

GBLuggage delayed. Appalling Customer Relations… Appalling time travelling with Lufthansa from Manchester to Palermo. Originally one transfer in Munich. In the end transfer in Frankfurt, then Zurich and sudden extra transfer in Rome. When I arrived in Palermo my luggage was in Zurich. Over two days without my luggage. These things happen. I understand. But when the luggage arrived in Palermo the bag could not be couriered. I had to get a taxi to the airport to retrieve my bag. After much confusion I had to go through security, collect my bag and come through security again. Over half a day of my short holiday taken up. Even at this stage I remained philosophical. HOWEVER, my subsequent dealings with Customer Relations has been dreadful. I spent a considerable amount of money with a taxi transfer to Palermo and back. Lufthansa has recompensed half the cost of clothes purchased. Again I accepted that - even though I purchased clothes I did not need. But they will not reimburse my taxi to and from the airport. Initially Customer Relations claimed I'd refused courier service. Now accepting this was wrong but still will not reimburse my transfer to and from the airport. Appalling and dismissive Customer service and an expense to retrieve my luggage. Very poor service Lufthansa.

NLWORST customer service, Delayed/lost baggages All my luggage Check in and Cabin bags for family of 4, were left behind in Munich 10 days ago, and till date i have no clue when i am going to get my bags back. There is literally no way to get the information, online tracking hasnt been updated in weeks. WORST Customer Service experience.
