Sure there have been supply chain bottlenecks but after 3 months this is ridiculous -- especially since there has been virtually no support from customer service. The last word I got from them was "shipping mid-December." Well that has come and gone long ago, and still not a word from them. No follow up, no status, nothing. Now they are not even replying to my emails. I've been patient long enough. Seems like the only thing Mayfair is good at is collecting my money.

I have inquired about a shipping date and while the responses have been timely, they can't give me an estimated shipping window. My credit card was charged at the time of the order, so this item has been paid for now for some time.
