However, my last item (a case of pillows) didn’t arrive promptly and I had to place multiple calls to Mayfair to identify the problem and resolve the issue. It finally arrived, but after many days after other items were received.

Overall Great Products & Service Overall, Mayfair provides quality products at an affordable price for owners of rental properties. However, my recent toilet paper order arrived smashed all over. Yes, that's the carrier's fault, but the box had been overstuffed and was barely taped adequately. Packages of toilet paper were exposed where the box closed and were taped over, so when I unpacked them, the wrapping stuck to the box tape. About half of the rolls were crushed or misshapen, which isn't a good presentation to guests. Toilet paper isn't fragile, so I understand spending less on packaging, but a sturdier box that fully encloses the product would prevent some of this damage.
