GBMy large order (greater than $800) was… My large order (greater than $800) was processed relatively well, with my items arriving via 3 different shipments. However, my last item (a case of pillows) didn’t arrive promptly and I had to place multiple calls to Mayfair to identify the problem and resolve the issue. It finally arrived, but after many days after other items were received.

GBThey said my hotel brand doesn’t… They said my hotel brand doesn’t qualify to purchase but have yet to refund my order a month later!!! They refunded my transcation after this post.

GBOrdered a batch of hair dryers Oct 1 Ordered a batch of hair dryers Oct 1, 2021. It's now January 5, 2022 and still no hairdryers. No word, no updates, nothing. Sure there have been supply chain bottlenecks but after 3 months this is ridiculous -- especially since there has been virtually no support from customer service. The last word I got from them was "shipping mid-December." Well that has come and gone long ago, and still not a word from them. No follow up, no status, nothing. Now they are not even replying to my emails. I've been patient long enough. Seems like the only thing Mayfair is good at is collecting my money.

GBQuality Products Last month, I ordered for the first time from Mayfair Hotel Supply. I placed an order for a case of each of the following individual sizes: Ecoessential Ecossential Elements Bath Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Makeup Remover Packets and Plastic Wrapped Tumblers, I was very pleased with the quality and value. The only issue I had was that most of the body gels were not closed properly and leaked all over the case. Thankfully, the other product was not damaged and Mayfair Customer Service (Tammy) was very apologetic when I called to advise and they sent out a replacement case that very same day, and overnighted it! I will do all my future business with them, good company that stands behind their product.

GBMissing order of conditioner I ordered shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body wash. Three of my products were shipped except for the conditioner. I contacted your customer support team and I was told the conditioner was on backorder. No one had reached out to me prior to notify me of this. Additionally, the conditioner was supposed to have been received by now but it still hasn't. I am still continuously having to reach out to your customer service team about the whereabouts. I will not be using your company ever again.
