Sure there have been supply chain bottlenecks but after 3 months this is ridiculous -- especially since there has been virtually no support from customer service. The last word I got from them was "shipping mid-December." Well that has come and gone long ago, and still not a word from them. No follow up, no status, nothing. Now they are not even replying to my emails. I've been patient long enough. Seems like the only thing Mayfair is good at is collecting my money.
