GBIs horrible company to deal with. I am sorry I hate to make people a bad review but unfortunately you guys deserve it the worst one. I have done order wrong bar soap,Im not able to return because they charge me stocks fee plus if I'm not wrong 25% percent plus they don't be responsible for the item you send back.ridiculous🤷‍♀️

GBHorrible horrible service Horrible horrible service I waited three weeks and NEVER RECEIVED ANY KIND OF NOTIFICATION THST THE PRODUCT WAS OUT OF STOCK. CALLED TWICE THE last phone conversation the gal said they were really busy with summer and SERVICING AIRBNB Airbnb shouldn’t even be purchasing bulk hotel products!!

GBMy large order (greater than $800) was… My large order (greater than $800) was processed relatively well, with my items arriving via 3 different shipments. However, my last item (a case of pillows) didn’t arrive promptly and I had to place multiple calls to Mayfair to identify the problem and resolve the issue. It finally arrived, but after many days after other items were received.
