He is very pleasant and thorough and has surpassed our expectations each time. False and misleading promotional ads Vacationers beware. This is a highly fraudulent company that advertises bonuses that are not honored. They currently show a promo to pay gratuities that is complete rubbish. There are no caveats shown on their web-site promo banner but when I questioned their sales team, they stated that the promo wasn’t applicable to the cruise I selected. Would it be so difficult to tell the truth and note that the promo only applies to specific sailings, staterooms, etc???
