Kelly Barclay Kelly, was wounderfull to work with and answered all our questions and worked to get the cabin close to our relatives. She went above and beyond just beeing a sales person. She made us completely comfortable with the process.

Customer service is key. The girl Katie, who helped us, is the reason it was so good. It's our first cruise and we called for help, not wanting to make mistakes, and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She got us better than we were hoping for. It's all so complicated that without her it would've been hard and miserable and we would have done it wrong.

Last minute booking Alyssa was wonderful. She assisted in booking a last minute cruise when there were computer issues with the cruise line. Everything went very smoothly. I found her to be very attentive and friendly.
