GBI found Smart Cruiser a few years ago… I found Smart Cruiser a few years ago through a bidding process. They always won my booking, so I started using them directly. Helpful website, easy to navigate. The agent I have now (Jennifer) is quick to respond, helpful, courteous and has a sense of humor. Will recommend Smart Cruiser to friends and family.

ESGreat service even in New Zealand We are based in New Zealand and were recommended Smart Cruiser by friends who had found them very good and very price competitive on a range of cruises. We have now used them for 3 cruises and the service and pricing has been great. They have even matched and ships deals and then given even more onboard credit. Communication has been good and we have had no problems.

NZWe were not advised of port change We were not advised of port change in Japan. Cost us a huge runaround and $200 for a cab. Otherwise OK if you are American. If you're Canadian hard to get the Canadian pricing. Better dealing directly with the cruise line in my opinion

GBChanges due to Covid-19 This has been a challenge due to Covid-19 scheduling a cruise. The first cruise scheduled was a 7 day Alaska inside passage cruise that was canceled due to Covid-19. Now we have gone through getting credits, refunds and scheduling another cruise. Through all of this we have been helped by Patti Hernadez from Smart Cruiser. Needless to say it has been a challenge but Patti has been a bright spot through it all and has helped cancel, get credits and refunds as well as scheduling another cruise that will hopefully take place this coming November. Without this assistance this could have been much worse than just frustrating as it has been working with the cruise line. Thanks Smart Cruiser for having such great personnel to help us
