Great Agency! We have booked over 25 cruises with SmartCruiser over the past 10 years or so. Over the years we have received great service from three of their agents (Jennifer, Kim, and Amber). In addition to a painless booking experience, they also have our backs while we're at sea on those occasions when a cruise line is 'confused' about a promised onboard perk. It's also important to note that they offer some great deals. Their all-in price (after including onboard credits, etc.) is nearly always the best or second best across 5-6 travel agencies that we shop, including Costco Travel. When they are second best we usually book with them anyway due to their superior service. We highly recommend SmartCruiser to anyone seeking the best combination of price and service.

Great service even in New Zealand We are based in New Zealand and were recommended Smart Cruiser by friends who had found them very good and very price competitive on a range of cruises. We have now used them for 3 cruises and the service and pricing has been great. They have even matched and ships deals and then given even more onboard credit.
