Have used Smartcruiser about five or… Have used Smartcruiser about five or six times for different cruises. The reason we keep coming back is Kim Tuchek the rep from Smart cruiser, she is very easy, pleasant and knowledgeable about the different trips we have taken. Have recommended her to friends and family. Always goes the extra step to help us and if she doesn't have the answer she will find the answer. Just can't say enough good things about Kim. Haven't dealt with anyone else at Smartcuiser so I'm sure they have other knowledgeable people working there.

Great Agency! We have booked over 25 cruises with SmartCruiser over the past 10 years or so. Over the years we have received great service from three of their agents (Jennifer, Kim, and Amber). In addition to a painless booking experience, they also have our backs while we're at sea on those occasions when a cruise line is 'confused' about a promised onboard perk. It's also important to note that they offer some great deals. Their all-in price (after including onboard credits, etc.) is nearly always the best or second best across 5-6 travel agencies that we shop, including Costco Travel. When they are second best we usually book with them anyway due to their superior service. We highly recommend SmartCruiser to anyone seeking the best combination of price and service.
