Great Agency! We have booked over 25 cruises with SmartCruiser over the past 10 years or so. Over the years we have received great service from three of their agents (Jennifer, Kim, and Amber). In addition to a painless booking experience, they also have our backs while we're at sea on those occasions when a cruise line is 'confused' about a promised onboard perk. It's also important to note that they offer some great deals. Their all-in price (after including onboard credits, etc.) is nearly always the best or second best across 5-6 travel agencies that we shop, including Costco Travel. When they are second best we usually book with them anyway due to their superior service. We highly recommend SmartCruiser to anyone seeking the best combination of price and service.

What a disgrace of a company… What a disgrace of a company I can’t even speak to a manager or supv. They don’t return calls to discuss problems that I have. Wrote letters to the ceo. No response. Trying to speak to somebody of authority still no call back you don’t treat customers like this especially I’m paying thousands for cruises I had numerious issues. I guess they care less about good customers Be very carefull when dealing with this sub par company How is it they have no managers or supv. How is it that you try to call corporate still no response

We were not advised of port change We were not advised of port change in Japan. Cost us a huge runaround and $200 for a cab. Otherwise OK if you are American. If you're Canadian hard to get the Canadian pricing. Better dealing directly with the cruise line in my opinion
