Zara was wonderful and extremely… Zara was wonderful and extremely patient. I wasn't able to find the email she sent and she sent it to another email for me. Zara went on to wait until I was able to log into my laptop because my phone was not happening. Also, she helped me with my rate adjustment which she did not have to. I appreciate her diligence and going above and beyond to satisfy my needs as a customer. She was very knowledgeable and kind but mostly patient. I will use this company again. They don't even deserve one star They don't even deserve one star. At first I thought they went above and beyond to help us. Everything was great until it was time to board the the plane. We had our etickets and boarding passes. As we were trying to board the plane we were told are tickets were no good. At that same time I received an email from John saying our flight has been changed. We went to check in for the new flight only to find out our tickets had been payed for with a stolen credit card, not the card we used to pay for the tickets. I am now pursuing this in a legal matter
