(A little backstory) United Airlines… (A little backstory) United Airlines booked a wrong ticket for an Unaccompanied Minor (my daughter), then rejected her at the gate after making a 2-hour drive with her mom. Afterwards, they gave me a bogus number to call, which I did, and the sales representative tried to make me pay an additional $500 to rebook the ticket that United messed up on. After Googling a different number, I came across Dave Carlos, who is the best representative that I have came across in a long time. He was able to find a significantly reduced flight for the next day. On top of that, he gave me his direct email and stayed in touch with me through the entirety of the process until she reached me. Thank you again Dave. She made it safe and sound.

Zara was wonderful and extremely… Zara was wonderful and extremely patient. I wasn't able to find the email she sent and she sent it to another email for me. Zara went on to wait until I was able to log into my laptop because my phone was not happening. Also, she helped me with my rate adjustment which she did not have to. I appreciate her diligence and going above and beyond to satisfy my needs as a customer. She was very knowledgeable and kind but mostly patient. I will use this company again. Thank you Zara for the help.

John Williams was very helpful and… John Williams was very helpful and responsive when booking my ticket. And the price of the trip was unbeatable. I purchased a round trip for my daughter and any hiccups he took care of right away so weren’t any problems at the airport.

Surprisingly delightful staff! OMG, our Alaska cruise was canceled creating a nightmare of having to cancel flights, etc.& my wife & I have never dealt with more delightful, empathetic, responsive airline agents. Ethan Wills, (who we dealt with the most) was so helpful! We even spoke to a supervisor name Rodney a couple of times, & he was equally as friendly & helpful! I also spoke to other staff that were very professional & helpful as well. Responding emails were answered so quickly! Thank you all for turning an unbearable situation much less stressful.
