Zara was wonderful and extremely… Zara was wonderful and extremely patient. I wasn't able to find the email she sent and she sent it to another email for me. Zara went on to wait until I was able to log into my laptop because my phone was not happening. Also, she helped me with my rate adjustment which she did not have to. I appreciate her diligence and going above and beyond to satisfy my needs as a customer. She was very knowledgeable and kind but mostly patient. I will use this company again.
