Beware all these fake reviews. SCAM Beware all these fake reviews. This is a scam site. I found what looked to be a great deal on a flight and booked it for that same day. Got a confirmation email which said my tickets would come separately. I later got a call from Zara saying that she was only able to confirm one of my tickets and that if I wanted to confirm the 2nd one for the other passenger I would have to pay more than double what I booked the flight at. When I told her to cancel it she said that it’s non refundable. When I told her I wanted to change the name of the one confirmed flight she told me it would cost me an extra $120. I called the actual airline and told them all the things Zara was telling me and the airline said that was all lies. I finally told Zara that I was going to call visa and report them and after that I got an email saying my card would not be charged. Do not trust this site, don’t book your flight here and don’t be fooled by the cheap flights they advertise as it’s a ploy to get you to book with them instead of a reputable company like Expedia.

Gotoflyer seems to be a scam site Gotoflyer seems to be a scam site. I have had exactly the same experience as many other customers: I booked two flights from Florida to Arizona yesterday, for $273. Shortly afterward, I got a call: “these flights are no longer on offer; you have to take other flights for $488. But as a bonus this price already includes checked baggage.” . I said I wasn't interested in that; I just wanted the exact flights I had booked - or to cancel the whole booking. The employee became very unfriendly then and said that wasn't possible. Only when I asked for his boss did he reluctantly confirm that he would cancel the "booking". . Incidentally, half a day later the "unavailable flights" were still available at gotoflyer.com. . The whole thing seems to follow a system: A website offers cheap flights in order to appear on top of the rankings and search queries - even though these flights don't even exist. Can you imagine buying a pound of steaks for $15 at Walmart - and suddenly being told at the checkout "Sorry, the $15 just changed their price; you now have to pay $30!"? . That's the principle behind gotoflyer. . I then booked via Google Flights. It was more expensive, but I got the flights I wanted immediately and without any problems.

Surprisingly delightful staff! OMG, our Alaska cruise was canceled creating a nightmare of having to cancel flights, etc.& my wife & I have never dealt with more delightful, empathetic, responsive airline agents. Ethan Wills, (who we dealt with the most) was so helpful! We even spoke to a supervisor name Rodney a couple of times, & he was equally as friendly & helpful! I also spoke to other staff that were very professional & helpful as well. Responding emails were answered so quickly! Thank you all for turning an unbearable situation much less stressful.

They beat all their competitor’s prices by over $150!!!! Thank you soooo much, Kevin!! I had been stranded on the streets of Billings, MT for four days trying to find a flight within my budget. they told me the flight was confirmed.2… they told me the flight was confirmed.2 days later they come up with an excuse that my credit card didn't go through, when i checked my credit card was no attempt made, they just lied about it, came up with a price of 2000 dollars more..
