TRUST CheapCruise.com I've used before, used last night, and will use again. I can not believe the financial deal I just made. I love cruising and thus monitor a few booking sites and a few cruise company sites pretty constantly. Yet CheapCruises.com is the company i book/but from--because they consistently offer the best deals!!!!!!! Your agents are always fantastic in every way! And...I can not believe the financial deal I just made.

Cheap Cruises has great deals and the… Cheap Cruises has great deals and the best customer service. Their website is user friendly, and if you prefer to speak to a representative, they are knowledgeable concerning every portion of a cruise. I have booked all of my cruises with Cheap Cruises, and I highly recommend them.

Lack of service, accountability, and benefits The initial agent we spoke with was friendly, but he booked us the wrong room. By the time we caught his error and called back the next day, he was unreachable and another agent told us the price for the room we had wanted had gone up in price by a couple hundred dollars. They did absolutely nothing to fix it. Later we found a coupon code that our cruise line and most travel agents accept, but cheapcruises.com is refusing to honor it. Their 'benefits' are not as good as some of their competitors, such as not including gratuities, even though their prices are no better than we could have gotten through our cruise line directly. I will be telling everyone asking about booking cruises to absolutely avoid cheapcruises.com.

I'm extremely happy with Cheap cruises… I'm extremely happy with Cheapcruises. I have a sales rep (Rosie Rose) that I'm very happy with and broke all my cruises. She's able to help me out with special and make sure that All the teas are crossing all the eyes dotted etc. I also like the cheap cruises loyalty program where you get cash back and also discounts on a shore excursions. You're also get automatically any specials cruise lines are offering so I see no downside. This is going to be my sixth cruise with them in the last 4 years.
