Cruise ‘24 Very helpful, had a couple of cruise credit for husband n myself to plan a trip, RC couldn’t find one so travel agent, Kameron, went all out to fight for us n found the problem, RC reinstated the credit so now we are planning on sailing in February, can’t wait! I paid a $314 deposit for a cruise in April of 24. Now, because I have to cancel due to a business trip, they want to charge me an additional $100 cancellation fee. The total cruise package is just north of $1000 for a 4 night cruise. In order to cancel they want 40% of the cruise package with a 4 month cancellation notice. The cruise was booked in late November.

Lack of service, accountability, and benefits The initial agent we spoke with was friendly, but he booked us the wrong room. By the time we caught his error and called back the next day, he was unreachable and another agent told us the price for the room we had wanted had gone up in price by a couple hundred dollars. They did absolutely nothing to fix it. Later we found a coupon code that our cruise line and most travel agents accept, but cheapcruises.com is refusing to honor it. Their 'benefits' are not as good as some of their competitors, such as not including gratuities, even though their prices are no better than we could have gotten through our cruise line directly. I will be telling everyone asking about booking cruises to absolutely avoid cheapcruises.com.
