GBThey lure you in low price and stick it to you if you have to cancel. They lure you in low price cruises and stick it to you if you have to cancel. Be sure to read the fine print. I paid a $314 deposit for a cruise in April of 24. Now, because I have to cancel due to a business trip, they want to charge me an additional $100 cancellation fee. The total cruise package is just north of $1000 for a 4 night cruise. In order to cancel they want 40% of the cruise package with a 4 month cancellation notice. The cruise was booked in late November.

GBLack of service, accountability, and benefits The initial agent we spoke with was friendly, but he booked us the wrong room. By the time we caught his error and called back the next day, he was unreachable and another agent told us the price for the room we had wanted had gone up in price by a couple hundred dollars. They did absolutely nothing to fix it. Later we found a coupon code that our cruise line and most travel agents accept, but cheapcruises.com is refusing to honor it. Their 'benefits' are not as good as some of their competitors, such as not including gratuities, even though their prices are no better than we could have gotten through our cruise line directly. I will be telling everyone asking about booking cruises to absolutely avoid cheapcruises.com.

GBNo response We booked 3 balcony rooms in April for this coming December. When booking the consultant accidentally put one deposit through as Canadian currency. She promised to get it resolved and put another charge on us currency. I have emailed a few times trying to get this resolved and have had no response. So for 4 months I have been waiting for $250.00 to be returned to my credit card.
