BambooHR has been a total game changer… BambooHR has been a total game changer for our company! It brings important functions into one application & saves us so much time & frustration. I wish we would have starting using BambooHR so much sooner!

User for 6+ years and love it! I have been using BambooHR for 6+ years now and love their system. It is super easy to use and they are continually updating the system for ease and functionality. They also allow users to put in system requests and if they receive enough, the update may happen. Being that we have out of state employees, the electronic signatures make it possible to on-board efficiently and it has a time stamp feature for the person who sent the file and the person who signed the file. We recently started using their Time Tracking system and it too is super easy, no more submitting time cards, and when an employee uses PTO, it automatically fills in on their time sheet.

Overall Experience Overall, BambooHR has been very helpful for a HRIS tool. However, there is still some manual processes with onboarding, transfers, and off-boarding. It seems that the offboarding tasks do not get triggered within the workflow like the onboarding ones. I also wish there was more integration with other platforms for background checks and benefits administration.

Poor features, poor interface, needs an overhaul and expensive I've used Bamboo in a number of organisations and I can only assume they fired all of their software developers in the year 2000 because the interface and features are what I'd expect from that era. One-to-ones are a good example. This is a critical activity within HR to loop after people, yet one-to-ones are displayed in a table with narrow columns AND IN REVERSE ORDER. Who the hell though that was a good idea?

Unfortunately Bamboozle not the answer Yea since we’ve started with these people my pay check is similar to a Ferris wheel. I used to receive it every other Wednesday between 5:38 - 5:42 pm. Every single time. With Bamboozle, it’s Thursday morning, Friday morning or afternoon. Heck even at 2:46 am one time. So I call and of course they won’t tell me anything I’m not the contact person so. All these companies use every excuse to not help people. Their favorite word is unfortunately…….
