GBSuch Excellent Customer Service! I booked my flights online through myflightmart.com yesterday. I started having booking remorse as I needed more time for layover and hopefully an earlier return flight as well. I called the customer service number and spoke with Jairo. He was SO HELPFUL in finding me the flights I was very happy with at a very reasonable price. He immediately made the itinerary changes and sent me a confirmation email. Once I received the confirmation email I called Jairo right back to agree to the new terms. Everything was set and I want to say I was extremely happy with the customer service My Flight Mart provided, and especially happy with my particular agent, Jairo. I highly recommend using My Flight Mart - it was a great experience!

GBMy Flight Mart is the site to go to for least expensive fairs, hands down! This is my first experience with "My Flight Mart". Every other site wanted 2 to 3 thousand dollars and for the same flight "My Flight Mart" was able to find tickets for just 1 thousand. Quite a difference! Duke Cristopher, support team member, was very friendly and professional. He help walk us through the booking process. I will definitely use "My Flight Mart" again!

GBFalse booking with no intent to honor I booked on the 25th of April, 2023 for 2 flights to Tulsa from Gainesville, FL. Prepayment was required. When we showed up for our flight on June 6, 2023 Delta informed us that we never had tickets. After calling the company and getting no answer except for the one time I was put on hold for 10 minutes, I filed some complaints. On Tuesday, the 13th of June, a man called and requested that I remove the complaints. I told him, “not until I received my $.” He told me I would have it on the 16th. Today is the 16th and “surprise!”, no $.

NLSCAM SCAM. Unauthorised charges on my credit card. Strange emails with no reply. This booking created hassle and stress.
