USThe worst customer service I have ever… The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I needed to extend my stay in Jackson Wy. I called to in the required time to change my flights. I was told to make the flight to Jackson and then change the return flight once there because it would be easier than changing both flights. Once in Jackson they said they could not change the return flight. I will use a more reputable company in the future.

USPerry Owens was amazing!! Perry Owens was amazing. He was polite, thorough, efficient and got us a great deal on tickets only 2 weeks in advance! Tickets that were about $1500 more per person on Delta's site. He also found us the shortest route possible which is critical. I will definitely use myflightmart.com for future flights!

USJust as everyone else experienced Just as everyone else experienced, 24 hours later I get an email saying to call them about the reservation… they start spewing some BS about being sold out and not being allowed to have a carry on blah blah blah…. And it’s gonna cost twice as much… total bait and switch.

USGood pricing and good service I was recommended to this company by a friend who has used them many times in the past. I had a good experience booking an international flight with agent Terry. Terry was able to share flights and prices to compare before I made a decision. I was able to book a flight at a good price on the date I wanted to depart and return. The quote I was given was the same price I received. Only concern was that I felt a little pressed to book the flight right away to lock in the price before I was certain of my trip dates. But I was assured they have a 24 hour window to make changes. I would use the company again.
