Bait and switch Bait and switch. Don't purchase your tickets from them. They will accept your order and them contact you to raise the price. They are frauds. Had to cancel my hotel reservations and car rental because of these morons Why sell me a ticket if they do not exist.

Terry, ext. 1007, did a great job with my tickets Terry, ext. 1007, was very helpful when I called and asked about Economy versus Economy Main Cabin pricing. He was patient in his explaining on why Economy tickets were at the deeper discount. I decided to go with Main Cabin ticket ever though that is not what I had originally selected on the website when I did my booking. Terry was still able to get me a ticket price that was $200 below what I was finding on the other big sites like expedia. Job well done, Terry!

False booking with no intent to honor I booked on the 25th of April, 2023 for 2 flights to Tulsa from Gainesville, FL. Prepayment was required. When we showed up for our flight on June 6, 2023 Delta informed us that we never had tickets. After calling the company and getting no answer except for the one time I was put on hold for 10 minutes, I filed some complaints. On Tuesday, the 13th of June, a man called and requested that I remove the complaints. I told him, “not until I received my $.” He told me I would have it on the 16th. Today is the 16th and “surprise!”, no $.

Such Excellent Customer Service! I booked my flights online through myflightmart.com yesterday. I started having booking remorse as I needed more time for layover and hopefully an earlier return flight as well. I called the customer service number and spoke with Jairo. He was SO HELPFUL in finding me the flights I was very happy with at a very reasonable price. He immediately made the itinerary changes and sent me a confirmation email. Once I received the confirmation email I called Jairo right back to agree to the new terms. Everything was set and I want to say I was extremely happy with the customer service My Flight Mart provided, and especially happy with my particular agent, Jairo. I highly recommend using My Flight Mart - it was a great experience!

When I was experiencing technical difficulties with my email she assisted in getting the information for Delta to an alternative email address. It was a pleasure dealing with her.
