Can't handle the workload Receptionist had be going in circle for an hour trying to reach someone. Unable to get through to customer service, so think about that before you rely on a visa for an important trip!

One of the most stressful experience of recent years Needed 4 different visas for a for a cruise. One came through in a few days. Two came over a month later. Didn't get the fourth visa at all. Over 30 emails trying to get them to submit my paperwork.Telephone reps don't know what is going on. Different advice depending on who you speak to. Email reps not much better. Wouldn't trust CITB to get my visas ever again.

What I though I was getting for $ 500… What I though I was getting for $ 500 AUD was convenience & peace of mind . What I got for $500 AUD was to fill out all my own China applications, upload documents, only to be told days before I was to travel that I must drop off my passport in the city (1h 30min from where I live), pick up my passport from the (1h 30 min from where I live) 3 days later if I wanted to any chance of traveling on my booked and paid for holiday. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

HORRIBLE company!! I would prefer to give them a giant ZERO!! I used Travisa several years before covid to get extended visas. Everything went smooth and easy access to a representative. Today, after entering my bankcard info, I started the Philippine application form, had a question and tried to reach a representative. I paid for Premium service! Every time I called the premium service phone number after a couple of minutes, they would disconnect the call. After several attempts over about 3 hours, I finally called their general contact number and told the representative to stop my application and I will not initiate any service with them due to their horrible service. After the call I received an email saying my Premium service representative would contact me in 2 business days. Unacceptable. They have become a HORRIBLE company! Do not use them!

Visas received promptly Visas received promptly, easy process.Good communication. Used CIBT Australia to get Chilean visa. Cost a bit but worth every cent.
