I called the local Gov't agencies that you can go to as the owner and walk thru yourself but the closest on was Denver Colorado 6 states away. it would have cost more to fly there and do it ourselves than what CIBT charged. All the closer drivable locations were completely booked.

Save yourself frustration and stay away from CIBT Giving one star is being generous. Their Cust Svc is non-existent. Response time can be weeks, if at all. Do it yourself or use another service provider.

No Service! I tried to use CIBT Visas for an Indonesian Visa for an upcoming cruise. I paid the fee, provided the required information and from there it went down hill. Over a two month period, I emailed back and forth with them and talked with several people on their 800#. In the end they were unable to get the Visa for me and could not give me a reasonable explanation for what the problem was. And, still charged me a huge cancellation fee - even though they never provided me any service. After working with the Indonesian Consulate in San Francisco, I was able to finally get an Indonesian Visa - no thanks to CIBT!

I had a terrific experience with Ramona… I had a terrific experience with Ramona Borg. Although I had started my application myself and engaged her during the process, she was available at any given time during business hours to assist and check the documents. She was very professional and very comfortable to work with. I received my visa within 2 working days from Sydney application center.

One star is being generous One star is being generous. After 4 weeks of repeatedly uploading documents, still nothing. Status is "submitted to embassy Dec 1, 1969" seriously? I have spoken to 4 customer service reps who claim to escalate to exec management, but I hear nothing. They took my money tho. I get "Upload successful" emails every time, but when I check a few days later, I get the same old story.
