I have spoken to 4 customer service reps who claim to escalate to exec management, but I hear nothing. They took my money tho. I get "Upload successful" emails every time, but when I check a few days later, I get the same old story.

Can't handle the workload Receptionist had be going in circle for an hour trying to reach someone. Unable to get through to customer service, so think about that before you rely on a visa for an important trip!

An appalling level of service from this… An appalling level of service from this company that advertises a "PREMIUM" level of service however fails to respond to emails and voice messages. And then invoices you for their so called "PREMIUM" service before providing any level of service. I will start naming and shaming shortly of all the people that I am being forced to deal with with no actions or outcomes. And yes, I will give my name and order number so they can pretend as soon as they give me somebody SENIOR enough in this organisation to actually something about my application.

No Service! I tried to use CIBT Visas for an Indonesian Visa for an upcoming cruise. I paid the fee, provided the required information and from there it went down hill. Over a two month period, I emailed back and forth with them and talked with several people on their 800#. In the end they were unable to get the Visa for me and could not give me a reasonable explanation for what the problem was. And, still charged me a huge cancellation fee - even though they never provided me any service. After working with the Indonesian Consulate in San Francisco, I was able to finally get an Indonesian Visa - no thanks to CIBT!

CIBT literally saved our vacation CIBT literally saved our vacation. I noticed 2 weeks prior to our departure that my husbands passport expired a month earlier. I called the local Gov't agencies that you can go to as the owner and walk thru yourself but the closest on was Denver Colorado 6 states away. it would have cost more to fly there and do it ourselves than what CIBT charged. All the closer drivable locations were completely booked.
