AROne of the most stressful experience of recent years Needed 4 different visas for a for a cruise. One came through in a few days. Two came over a month later. Didn't get the fourth visa at all. Over 30 emails trying to get them to submit my paperwork.Telephone reps don't know what is going on. Different advice depending on who you speak to. Email reps not much better. Wouldn't trust CITB to get my visas ever again.

AUDo not use them! Without a doubt the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Cant even organise a courier. 3 times I had to book one over the phone. The reason I had to phone is because their online booking platform didnt work. Twice I was given a verbal confirmation over the phone and was told to wait between 0900 and 1600. They couldnt narrow the time down. The first 2 times the courier didnt arrive. So I wasted 2 days sitting at home. Calling CIBT I was told neither one of the first two bookings for the courier were never made. The third time a courier did arrive, at 1630, but wouldnt take my passport and documents as it wasnt in a satchel and didnt have a consignment note attached. I was told by CIBT to put in a A4 sized envelope. I have cancelled my trip to Algeria now. Purely because these clowns are completely incompetent and I am not letting them anywhere near my passport now. Do not have anything to do with these people under any circumstances.

AUWhat I though I was getting for $ 500… What I though I was getting for $ 500 AUD was convenience & peace of mind . What I got for $500 AUD was to fill out all my own China applications, upload documents, only to be told days before I was to travel that I must drop off my passport in the city (1h 30min from where I live), pick up my passport from the (1h 30 min from where I live) 3 days later if I wanted to any chance of traveling on my booked and paid for holiday. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

GBCIBT literally saved our vacation CIBT literally saved our vacation. I noticed 2 weeks prior to our departure that my husbands passport expired a month earlier. I called the local Gov't agencies that you can go to as the owner and walk thru yourself but the closest on was Denver Colorado 6 states away. it would have cost more to fly there and do it ourselves than what CIBT charged. All the closer drivable locations were completely booked.

GBTotal Scam Don't even try with CIBT. Like the other complaints here, I had given my credit card info. for help in securing a Chinese visa via the Chicago Chinese Consulate. CIBT never contacted me. Called the two different 800 numbers numerous times over several days; consistently placed on hold, then referred to voice mail informing me that voice mail was full. After 11 days, I emailed "support" to cancel. Someone from NY called the next day to convince me to stay with them. I insisted to cancel, then he stated that I would be charged a "$200 cancelation fee" - which was never mentioned on their website. I protested, but they immediately withdrew $200 from my credit card. Of course, I then had to apply for a replacement credit card causing me more time. CIBT is a scam and waste of time. Finally got my visa quickly thru another Chicago based visa services company with no problems, at no charge until they received my information, and at less than half the cost of CIBT would have charged. CIBT appears to a total scam operation.
