Worest experience with farescan Worest experience choosing this company.Each time you call, you get different answers about how to deal with the tickets cancelled by Covid-19.After 4-5 times call them, They agreed to refund, but claim $200 fee for cancellations per ticket even though this was cancelled due to Covid-19.FARESCAN is a dishonest company.

They DO NOT refund money even after the… They DO NOT refund money even after the airlines have refunded them the money for a flight cancelled by the airlines. They deduct money inspite of airlines giving full refund!! CAL has refunded full amount of ticket in January, now it is end of June still no refund by faresacan. I have talked with customer reps Collins; Alex; Johnson; Hasan who have not yet connected me to a supervisor. Will never buy thru them !!

Complete scammers Complete scammers, when tried to contact them for seating, food preference etc. they automatically charged without consent and then argued continuously, then they said they refunded (hard to believe). The site then used their own email (jamieexploretrip.com) to manage booking on airindia site. I have screenshots of everything and conversations. I promise this will now go to better business bureau and get these scammers. Airindia cannot even find PNR booking on their systems.

I’m waiting for a refund and they keep telling lies about that the refund is coming and bla bla bla… don’t book with this company. They always trying to steal money from you like they start sayin that if you book with them You need To pay an extra for the lagguage when it’s not true , or they say that your flight is booked but you actually didn’t receive any tickets … STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I formally report this scam I formally report this scam, fraudulent agency to the FTC Bureau consumer protection department. This is completely scam located in India. DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS AGENCY. They unauthorized charge my credit card after charging the amount I paid for tickets. They keep your information and use it without your consent. I disputed the amount charge without consent and they acted responsible making me think they didn’t know about it. Kayak needs to kick them off their system as well. I should have look for reviews prior to use them. #kayak
