GBThese guys are a complete scam These guys are a complete scam. They claimed I entered the wrong email address, did not refund my ticket, and made me wait on the phone for 45 minutes with useless customer support who kept trying to scam me. These scammers should be reported to the FTC and Kayak judging by all the reviews here.

GBDishonest Dishonest. They will use every tactic to delay your refund, and value your payout as less as possible. My flight has been cancelled by Icelandair a year ago but I did not receive any email notification or any information from Farescan. Dreadful. Communications a total nightmare. Multiple layers and hellish bureaucracy. The customer service is very very indifferent, aloof and bordering on rude. Please avoid.

GBTHEY LIE!!! I have been mislead by the agents' responses and advice over the course of the past 2 years and have been waiting for a refund, despite approval for months. Each agent provides a different response and makes empty promises (Of course on inquiry, they all say "nothing is ever guaranteed). NO effort made to communicate with the airlines, even though it's their job. Most of the time agents are simply rude.

GBGot refund in 2 days (via bank dispute)… Soo they were not refunding my money to me and making excuses. I was not having it and did the following: Called my bank (the one who issued my credit card) and asked them to file a "dispute" against this company. Within 2 days of filing the dispute I got all the money back. I guess filing a dispute is the best way to get your money back from exploretrip/farescan!! Please file a dispute ASAP with your bank or else you will never get your refund!!

GBPOOR Well, This is very disgusting to see their rates totally different on website and on customer service end. I have to postpone my ticket and asked them to rebook my flight to certain date which I can see low fare on website they aren't booking flight though I have add-ons. I would give less than one star if it exists. Poor service more charges. Worst experience ever.
