These guys are a complete scam These guys are a complete scam. They claimed I entered the wrong email address, did not refund my ticket, and made me wait on the phone for 45 minutes with useless customer support who kept trying to scam me. These scammers should be reported to the FTC and Kayak judging by all the reviews here.

Got refund in 2 days (via bank dispute)… Soo they were not refunding my money to me and making excuses. I was not having it and did the following: Called my bank (the one who issued my credit card) and asked them to file a "dispute" against this company. Within 2 days of filing the dispute I got all the money back. I guess filing a dispute is the best way to get your money back from exploretrip/farescan!! Please file a dispute ASAP with your bank or else you will never get your refund!!

These guys are scammers These guys are scammers. They charge excessive fees to change or cancel tickets, 100-300$ per passenger. I booked 3 tickets from them, and when I wanted to change, the changing fee charges were 60% of the ticket and then an additional difference in the rate. Also, somehow they lock the reservations so that you can't directly change the tickets with the airline. You have to pay them to make any changes, like extortion. Normally with other travel websites, they mediate to get you the tickets, but after the purchase, the tickets are yours to change or cancel.

THEY LIE!!! I have been mislead by the agents' responses and advice over the course of the past 2 years and have been waiting for a refund, despite approval for months. Each agent provides a different response and makes empty promises (Of course on inquiry, they all say "nothing is ever guaranteed). NO effort made to communicate with the airlines, even though it's their job. Most of the time agents are simply rude.

It’s a SCAM company don’t buy Airline tickets It’s a SCAM company. One of the worst company to book an airline ticket. Extremely unprofessional company to deal with. Some Indian folks will deal the issue with wrong American names. AirIndia cancelled the ticket and fully refunded and Farescan would not refund the full for no reason. They kept almost 200 usd for no justification or explanation says Add on fee that’s on 11.95 usd. No one will respond from their customer support ie. support@farescan com and esclation@Farescan com. Never in my lifetime will book from these scammers. Buyer beware please don’t use this site. It’s a ScAM. You will lose money.
