Hello everyone, I left a review earlier in regards to getting the run around from farescan about my refund and etc I got the long awaited call back from the supervisor or someone, and I was promised I will recieve my refund very soon. Glory be to God, I finally recieved my refund this morning.

Bunch of scammers from India or similar… Bunch of scammers from India or similar place. They play all sort of games to charge you extra. On 6/21/23 they wanted to charge me $170 per passenger in addition to what I paid in “ order to confirm the flight “ I contacted the airline and they said that was not true flight was confirmed already long ago. Stay away from the low lives. I will report them to the FTC, DOJ and other agencies.

These guys are a complete scam These guys are a complete scam. They claimed I entered the wrong email address, did not refund my ticket, and made me wait on the phone for 45 minutes with useless customer support who kept trying to scam me. These scammers should be reported to the FTC and Kayak judging by all the reviews here.

Covid cancellation of flights to Jamaica in 2020 and farescam STILL refusing to issue a refund because they are “waiting” for a refund from Caribbean airlines…..for 2+ YEARS?!!! BEWARE AND BOOK DIRECT. THIS BUSINESS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!! Update; Jan 9,2023 I received $503 refund. Initial cost of 2tickets $942 + $438 rebook of tix cancelled by the airline due to covid in 2020! Do the math and book elsewhere

Worest experience with farescan Worest experience choosing this company.Each time you call, you get different answers about how to deal with the tickets cancelled by Covid-19.After 4-5 times call them, They agreed to refund, but claim $200 fee for cancellations per ticket even though this was cancelled due to Covid-19.FARESCAN is a dishonest company.
