GBWorth the cost We needed to hire a CDL truck driver and we weren't having any luck. Tried listing on Monster and qualified candidates came out of nowhere! Very satisfied. Was hesitant to sign up initially because of the cost but in the long-run... it proved beneficial.

INEasy to use. Easy to use. Better search results. Good Pool of candidates. The bad thing is that many of the resumes does not have their contact information mentioned in their resumes.

GBSo/So Monster is needed but doesn't add anything spectacular. 5 years ago the Power Search was new and a good tool to have. However the "cool tool" is finicky and I trust my boolean more. I will admit with Linkedin Recruiter now available I now find my best candidates from there.

GBAs a Recruiter that's used Monster… As a Recruiter that's used Monster since 2014, this new update has been awful. This Update has taken away the competitiveness of my Job & I'm losing $$ because of it. Candidates that post today aren't found until 2 days from now. I can't select candidates that Post TODAY, it's frustrating. I'm a huge believer in the Boolean Search it's accurate. Now when I use my Boolean Search, highlighted words aren't popping up, I insert my Mechanical Engineering Boolean Search into the Semantic Search, & Nurses, Coaches, Cashiers are coming up. There's more buttons, clicks, & reading that I'm doing on this New Platform & I'm losing Time & $$ because of it. You've gone from being the #1 Recruiting platform to being like Indeed, Zip Recruiter, & all the others. I hope you can make changes back to the Classic Search & get rid of all the extra clutter that the New Platform has. Thank you

GBI don't get the resumes that I am… I don't get the resumes that I am looking for using keywords on a regular basis. I really don't like the format or the search page. I unfortunately have never gotten a hire from Monster. I wish that when posting a position I had more industry options or categories to choices.
