You charge three times the rate of… You charge three times the rate of everyone else. Then you charge a bullcrap fee to get get out of the contract. Your salesperson lies about what a good deal your getting, your just scamming the public . Deceptive !

customer service rep was Superb I had to call the customer service number because I had received an email that stated there was an order error. I was happy Charmaine was assigned to help me resolve this issue. Her customer service was impeccable. She was patient, friendly and was able to problem solve beyond my expectations.

They have warranty programs for home… They have warranty programs for home and appliances. They always solve my problems easily on the occasion of having any.
