You charge three times the rate of… You charge three times the rate of everyone else. Then you charge a bullcrap fee to get get out of the contract. Your salesperson lies about what a good deal your getting, your just scamming the public . Deceptive !

customer service rep was Superb I had to call the customer service number because I had received an email that stated there was an order error. I was happy Charmaine was assigned to help me resolve this issue. Her customer service was impeccable. She was patient, friendly and was able to problem solve beyond my expectations.

Great customer service - and in person!! I've been with IGS for a few years now and it's a great company I trust. And I appreciated the personal visit from Dustin Filloy, Territory Manager. I trust him, too. I look forward to his future visit.

Very personable The person they sent out was very informative and took her time out to sit and wait on hold with me on the phone to call the gas and electric company so we can get setup.
