GBI am still waiting for my information… I am still waiting for my information to be transferred to AES after talking to Racheal on the 23 of April. They tell me that they don't have any information on this account being sent to them. I thought that this problem had been taken care of when I talked to Racheal, She promised that it would be solved. When it is I will give a better review. Racheal was great.

GBTHEY HAVE GRIT They are one of the few companies that will actually let you know if there is any extra fees or accidental disconnections. They are amazing with promptness in contacting you in a great many mediums. They don't give up. I'm sure I had probably denied their call a few times because I didn't recognize the number. That usually is enough for other companies to give up. Not IGS!

GBHomework I did ask agent “Joe” how rates compared. Then subject changed. I should have asked again. After signing up I did rate comparisons. Found many competitors with better rates. Next time I’ll know better.
