You charge three times the rate of… You charge three times the rate of everyone else. Then you charge a bullcrap fee to get get out of the contract. Your salesperson lies about what a good deal your getting, your just scamming the public . Deceptive !

Brook so happen to be one of those people. He was very complete, thorough and truly customer friendly. He ensured that I understood every word he was saying, in a none threatening way. Homework I did ask agent “Joe” how rates compared. Then subject changed. I should have asked again. After signing up I did rate comparisons. Found many competitors with better rates. Next time I’ll know better.

They tell me that they don't have any information on this account being sent to them. I thought that this problem had been taken care of when I talked to Racheal, She promised that it would be solved. When it is I will give a better review. Racheal was great.
