GBWhat makes my experience so great with… What makes my experience so great with IGS Energy is that one year I signed up with someone else whom I thought was a good deal, but once I talked to the rep at IGS, I found out I was pretty much snookered into changing. That honestly on his part and his explanation has made me choose IGS every year.

GBSwitching back to IGS I had received a call from IGS relating to my recent switch to another electric supplier. I was not aware that I was still under contract with IGS for another year. The rep was able to switch everything back to IGS so that I would be charged an early termination fee. He took care of everything.

GBThey have warranty programs for home… They have warranty programs for home and appliances. They always solve my problems easily on the occasion of having any.

GBI have been waiting since 4/22/24 for… I have been waiting since 4/22/24 for the decision/cancellation of the IGS service change to go to my suppliers for gas & electric and for someone to return my call asking about these things. What is the holdup?
