GBTHEY HAVE GRIT They are one of the few companies that will actually let you know if there is any extra fees or accidental disconnections. They are amazing with promptness in contacting you in a great many mediums. They don't give up. I'm sure I had probably denied their call a few times because I didn't recognize the number. That usually is enough for other companies to give up. Not IGS!

GBEasy to work with Easily called at the end of my contract to discuss renewal. Selected your electric again. Will be working on natural gas next. The customer service lady was a pleasure to talk with and very helpful.

GBWhat makes my experience so great with… What makes my experience so great with IGS Energy is that one year I signed up with someone else whom I thought was a good deal, but once I talked to the rep at IGS, I found out I was pretty much snookered into changing. That honestly on his part and his explanation has made me choose IGS every year.

GBI know that I have other choices I know that I have other choices; but for the past few years l have chosen IGS. Why! Because your company utilizes good quality and professional people constantly. Brook so happen to be one of those people. He was very complete, thorough and truly customer friendly. He ensured that I understood every word he was saying, in a none threatening way. GBI am still waiting for my information… I am still waiting for my information to be transferred to AES after talking to Racheal on the 23 of April. They tell me that they don't have any information on this account being sent to them. I thought that this problem had been taken care of when I talked to Racheal, She promised that it would be solved. When it is I will give a better review. Racheal was great.
