The venezuelan guy named Daniel was… The venezuelan guy named Daniel was awesome !!! he helped me in Everything trying to keep me with the IGS Service. Honestly that guy needs a promotion.

Switching back to IGS I had received a call from IGS relating to my recent switch to another electric supplier. I was not aware that I was still under contract with IGS for another year. The rep was able to switch everything back to IGS so that I would be charged an early termination fee. He took care of everything.

You charge three times the rate of… You charge three times the rate of everyone else. Then you charge a bullcrap fee to get get out of the contract. Your salesperson lies about what a good deal your getting, your just scamming the public . Deceptive !

I have been waiting since 4/22/24 for… I have been waiting since 4/22/24 for the decision/cancellation of the IGS service change to go to my suppliers for gas & electric and for someone to return my call asking about these things. What is the holdup?

Homework I did ask agent “Joe” how rates compared. Then subject changed. I should have asked again. After signing up I did rate comparisons. Found many competitors with better rates. Next time I’ll know better.
