UScustomer service rep was Superb I had to call the customer service number because I had received an email that stated there was an order error. I was happy Charmaine was assigned to help me resolve this issue. Her customer service was impeccable. She was patient, friendly and was able to problem solve beyond my expectations.

USI have been waiting since 4/22/24 for… I have been waiting since 4/22/24 for the decision/cancellation of the IGS service change to go to my suppliers for gas & electric and for someone to return my call asking about these things. What is the holdup?
