I called today for information and qualified for 1,000.00 early bird promotion. The sales dept very friendly and explained shipping to Puerto Rico was 440.00 I now this is heavy equipment. So I accepted to buy and try it out. I will give follow-up on delivery time and setup. 5 star for sales team.

The app doesn't work with my Delta Max… The app doesn't work with my Delta Max 2, complained about it and got several emails. but still haven't found a solution to the problem. The old app worked fine but this new one is buggy. Found several articles online about others unable to install this poor app. Asked for the old app but still haven't gotten a reply. You folks have great prices and the… You folks have great prices and the sales people seem knowledgeable as well as friendly. However, your phone system seems clunky for a company selling high tech stuff. It's hard to understand the options sometimes and the wait times are long ( maybe growing pain problems). Other than that,great company to deal with. Looking forward to buying more neat stuff as finances permit. 😁

Well done!! I was super impressed that you have kept digital records of my previous purchases. They were right there when I opened up the learning kit today. You also have done a good job of organizing this kit. It's hard for me to believe that after this I couldn't set up a system myself. And I DO respect your advice to use a pro when getting to certain stages.
