Had problems with Delta pro from ECO… Had problems with Delta pro from ECO Flow … Shop Solars and Eco Flow have terrible tech support.. took weeks to resolve issues!

I wanted to thank Yvhan for his patience and helpful attitude through multiple calls. I feel like we were able to narrow it down to what worked for me and my family. Good customer service I had to contact customer service after I needed some help on expanding the system I bought previously. They were very helpful and went to a great length to accomodate me. I would have given 5 stars, except for the chatfunction on the site. If you need help, use the phonenumber! The chatfunction only collects contact info and then ends the chat, so don't bother with that.

Well done!! I was super impressed that you have kept digital records of my previous purchases. They were right there when I opened up the learning kit today. You also have done a good job of organizing this kit. It's hard for me to believe that after this I couldn't set up a system myself. And I DO respect your advice to use a pro when getting to certain stages.
