Large LifePo4 Battery This review is regarding a purchase of a Kong Elite Max Battery 19 kWh. Shop Solar sent me a Kong battery instead and tried to hide it by turning off the digital Ah display and changed the label. If you bought one and on the status page of the digital display the Ah display and cycle counter are turned off this likely happened to you as well. The Kong provides only about 60% of the power of the Kong Elite Max, big price difference too. This was obviously intentional; the representative I contacted was evasive and repeatedly lied, was clearly aware of this practice. I did a review on Shop Solar but they removed it.

I called today for information and qualified for 1,000.00 early bird promotion. The sales dept very friendly and explained shipping to Puerto Rico was 440.00 I now this is heavy equipment. I was searching around for an inverter… and found your company I was searching around for an inverter for off grid use, and watched a video about the GR4 6000 XP narrated by Will Prouse and stumbled upon your company. What a find ! You folks have been wonderful guiding me through the ins and outs of using the 6000 XP. And your tec guys Rod and Nelson are the absolute best about explaining all the different aspects and even the Li Fe PO4 battery reset every 6 months with an individual charge top off to keep them in top condition in a battery bank set up. Quick and easy ordering process Quick and easy ordering process. Had a small issue with a cosmetic defect on the charge controller. Looked as if it was dropped from the supplier. Box had no damage but corner of controller was dented. SSK offered an acceptable partial refund. The damage did not affect operation at all. Any installation questions answered quickly. Would and will use SSK in the future.
